Double Concentrated Noodle Soup

Naturally brewed soy sauce was mixed and fermented with “Dried Bonito” from Kagoshima Prefecture, “Iriko (Dried Fish)” from Setouti Prefecture, “Rishiriko Konbu”, and dried mushroom. And finally, we added our self-satisfied fish paste (tuna and sardine) to produce this noodle sauce.

Kyoto Tofu Sauce

Katsuobushi, dried mushroom, dried shrimp, konbu were added to authentically-brewed soy sauce to increase its flavor. The taste matches well with cold tofu and boiled tofu. This sauce may also be used in a variety of dishes besides tofu.
