The Sei-agri Mayonnaise has been introduced in many TV shows as the Mayonnaise aiming for both deliciousness and safeness. President Kubota presents this Mayonnaise with confidence. The mayonnaise was mixed in vacuum pots to prevent oxidation and carefully produced in small batches. All ingredients were carefully selected so that children can eat them without worries. Black Vinegar Mayonnaise

This Mayonnaise uses black vinegar that was fermented in Yoshino Cedar vats for a long time. In order to make it better, it was mixed and emulsified in vaccum pots to prevent oxidation. This mayonnaise does not rely on any additives such as MSG.

Black Garlic Mayonnaise

We ferment garlic (from Kyoto) to make black garlic which is used to produce this mayonnaise. Black garlic has a mild taste compared to fresh garlic and the polyphenol it contains is 8 times greater than fresh garlic. You can use it as salad dressing, dip it with vegetable sticks, or use it as a substitute of aioli.

Tartar Sauce

This Tartar Sauce uses our Sei-agri Mayonnaise as its base. The pickles used in it was seasoned with our own seasoning. No additives has been used in the production process. This Tartar Sauce is additive-free.
